How will I receive my order?

After you have completed checkout, you will be emailed a dispatch note, if you ordered a Mission Metallica Subscription this will also contain instructions on where/how to activate your Mission Metallica Subscription. You will receive your product around the day of release. Please note: First Class post is a non trackable service, Secure Delivery is a trackable service and will require a signature upon receipt. As per the couriers terms an item is not classed as lost until 15 working days from dispatch in the UK and 20 working days from dispatch outside of the UK. Whilst we ensure that the best possible packaging is used we can not be held liable for any damage incurred during transit.

When will the album be released?

Where can I find out more information about the new Metallica album?

As release date gets closer, more details e.g. name and track listing will be disclosed on this site. Mission Metallica members will also have an exclusive insight in to the making of the album via the subscription content of the site.

What is the Mission Metallica Subscription?

The Mission Metallica Subscription is run by the band's label in the US, Warner Music, and contains: Fly On The wall footage of writing and recording, riffs and excerpts from the new album, exclusive new studio and archived footage, cool contests, unique live tracks, be part of this summer live events and the low-down from the band themselves.

Who are DirectPay?

Metallica payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd in partnership with Worldpay. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Is shopping on the Internet safe?

Communication between you, us and DirectPay is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the DirectPay server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the DirectPay system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.

Cancellation Of Order

If you no longer require your order please contact customer services on 0844 5670648 and they will endeavour to help. Please note that if the item has already reached the picking process then we may not be able to cancel the order at this stage. Upon order cancellation, your Mission Metallica Subscription will also be cancelled with immediate effect.

Can I exchange or receive a refund on my product?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Our returns centre will be happy to process an exchange for you, so if there is another item or size that you would prefer over the one you have already received, please include written details with the item you return. If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and enclose it in your parcel. This can then be sent to the Freepost address below. Please note, we are only able to provide a freepost address for UK returns.

For International returns please use the second address, we recommend that you use signed for delivery or get a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
